Wood based products particularly when used in timber frame housing can help have a positive effect on global warming by improved energy efficiency.  Wood and wood products can be used as a substitute for traditional building materials specifically manufactured in high energy processes as brick or concrete. 

As an insulator Agepan reduces energy emissions from housing, thus helping to minimise individual house energy usage and reduction of emissions into the atmosphere.   Agepan products are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 14001 and are CE marked.

AGEPAN THD – Formaldehyde free, thermal insulation fibreboard made in one piece using the drying process which prevents delmination if exposed to moisture.  For use in building applications including interior and exterior roof and wall panelling. 

Agepan is water repellent, vapour permeable, thermally insulating yet strong and with good shear qualities.

AGEPAN UDP 25 – An under roof insulation fibreboard with a strong but lightweight structure.  Only 25mm thick and weighing just 270 Kg/m3 it is an ideal thermal insulation board, with noise reduction and vapour permeable qualities.  UDP 25 is has tongue and groove edges on all four sides.  As it minimises cold bridges in roof and wall surfaces it affords excellent thermal insulation.

AGEPAN TEP – a dry screed board ideal for laying laminate or parquet wood flooring on its surface due to is dry non toxic properties.  Compression resistant and vapour permeable, AGEPAN TEP is certified under DIN En 13171 for a wide range of construction purposes.
